SfaxVilla Sfax est un projet de construction livré en 2020 à Sfax. Le client souhaitait béton armé monobloc — nous avons pris en charge l'étude, les permis, le gros œuvre, l'étanchéité et la mise en eau. Chaque détail (filtration, margelles, éclairage) a été validé sur site avec le chef d'équipe.
